Cottages – “Le Lilas” & “Le Noyer”
Two cottages of every comfort
The Lilas (4 or 8 people) and Le Noyer (6 people) and classified 3 stars are at your disposal in the domain La Roumaude and have direct access to the pool (5mx11m) secured by an alarm.
The two cottages are located in a 2ha property located in the Audoise countryside close to the vineyards of the Limoux region, surrounded by fields of sunflowers and poppies… and not far from the Cathar Castles of Aude and Ariège.
In your cottage you will find all the necessary information to enrich your holiday with cultural excursions or sports and/or relaxation activities offered in the region.
By the pool you will find sun loungers. We also put mattresses at your disposal to enjoy the rest. For children, there are various games and toys as well as a ping pong table for the little ones (and the big ones).
Cottage Le Noyer

Le Noyer is a self-catering lodging in the property, classified three stars, equipped with every comfort and located opposite the centenary walnut tree of La Roumaude.
It can accommodate 6 people and provides direct access to the pool. The cottage is built of local stone and has 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom with double bed with access to a shower room and two bedrooms with 2 single beds). A second shower room is located on the landing.
The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, TV and DVD. The dining room is located in the extension of the living room. Everything forms a harmonious and comfortable whole. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Free wifi in the cottage.
Le Noyer has a private terrace with a garden table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.
Sheets and towels are provided on request.
Cottage Le Lilas

The cottage Le Lilas is located in the extension of the main house in front of the pool. The cottage classified three stars can accommodate 4 or 8 people. In the case of a rental for 4 people, the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are not part of the rental. The terrace of Lilas facing the pool allows you to have lunch and dinner outside and is equipped with a table and garden chairs, a parasol and a BBQ.
The living room with open fire is equipped with a TV, DVD and CD radio. The dining room is located in the extension of the living room. The main kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Cottage Le Lilas
8 persons
For a rental of 8 people, you also have the ground floor which has 2 additional bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds) as well as a bathroom.
A summer kitchen is also located on the ground floor and gives access to the private terrace. This is also available for a rental for four people. From the summer kitchen, a staircase leads to the living and dining room of the cottage.
The summer kitchen also has a dishwasher and washing machine.
